Scope of work
Jain Labs will build a custom website as described in the accepted proposal. Features and scope are fixed once the proposal is signed. Any changes beyond that scope are discussed and quoted separately before work continues.

Payment terms
50% of the agreed total is due as an advance before work begins. The remaining 50% is due on delivery. No work starts until the advance is confirmed by Jain Labs. Payment proof must be shared via WhatsApp or email.

Ownership
Once final payment is received, the client owns the website and all its contents entirely — code, design, and data. Jain Labs retains no rights, licenses, or access unless separately agreed (e.g. for maintenance).

Revisions & support
One structured feedback round is included after the midway preview link is shared. Bug fixes within the agreed support window are included. New features or significant redesigns after delivery are quoted separately.

Privacy & confidentiality
All information shared by the client during this project is confidential. Jain Labs will not share, sell, or use client data for any purpose beyond delivering what was agreed in the proposal.

Cancellation
If the client cancels after work has begun, the advance payment is non-refundable. Jain Labs may cancel a project and refund in full only if the scope is found technically infeasible after the kickoff call.
